6:12 PM Our Task~ Interview Q1. Do you know how rendang is being prepared? Ans: Yes it is very easy! [ older generation] Umm.. Not so sure.. I don't think I know it! [ younger generation] Q2.When is rendang usually being cooked? Ans: During hari raya puasa or other malay festival or maybe at a marridge? [OG] I'm not sure la.. I think its during Hari Raya..[YG] Q3.Where can you eat delicious rendang? Ans: Malay stall but do not know what stall specifically.. [OG] My malay friend's house.. [YG] Q4.How many types of rendang can be perpared? Ans: 2.beef and chicken rendang. [OG] I do not about all this! [YG]
6:09 PM ![]() BIODATA OF RENDANG } Sorry that we cannot find the story behind this dish! -Rendang is a dish which originated from the Minangkabau ethnic group of Indonesia. -It is served at ceremonial occasions and to honour guests. -Also popular in Malaysia and Singapore, rendang is traditionally prepared by the Malay community during festive occasions.
